In 1980 Eugen Otto joined OTTO Immobilien which was founded by his mother in 1956. In 1990 Eugen took over the family business and has been the sole owner and CEO since then. Eugen holds a law degree, is an active Member of RICS and has been involved in all aspects of professional property services including leasing, managing, valuing, selling and acquiring commercial and residential real estate for a variety of international and domestic clients. With 40 years of experience in Austrian real estate, Eugen is considered as one of the leading experts in the Austrian property market. Since 2002 Eugen has been the President of FIABCI – Austria, the national Association of The International Real Estate Federation, founded in Paris in 1950.
