It's a strong possibility that many office buildings in under construction or in planning may be repurposed to residential/work mix as more and more people have adapted to working from home, even part time. We think the work/live concept could be massively accelerated.
We have postponed our company to be ready for the acceleration of the ‘Hotelification’ of real estate, where real estate owners will start to manage their assets more like a hotel manager in that they will strive to meet the requirements and expectations of their clients. Our Apps (white-labelling) can become the interface of buildings with services built in around the users be they residential or commercial tenants. the health of buildings will become a feature e.g. the quality of the air in the building and each rooms or space will be available in real time, so people can see before they arrive or how if there are too many people in a space and go to another part of the building. Our products can integrate with data streams from other connected devices and deliver that information in a simple to understand manner. We can also integrate to BMS like Yardi.
