The construction industry faces many challenges; between lagging productivity, acute labor shortages and a staggering environmental footprint, new ways of working are desperately needed! One of the most exciting such ways is prefabrication, where we can exploit many of the benefits that come with producing off-site, in a more controlled and industrialized environment. However, processes to adopt prefabrication are not optimized today and many of the potential gains are often not realized. To deliver on the promise of prefabrication, we are developing Modulize to become THE single collaborative platform for prefab design, planning and execution.
