iEstate is building a global digital fully compliant real estate investment platform for private and institutional investors utilising blockchain technology. iEstate is not just an idea. It is based on iFunded, the existing and successful real estate investment platform. Founded in 2015, iFunded has a proven track record and realised projects with a total volume of about 100 million euros so far.
Since Q4 2017, the team is working on the integration of blockchain technology. The goal is to build a platform which allows to issue asset-backed security tokens. With iEstate, global investors will be able to invest in one of the first real estate based security tokens on the market.
