Aptly was founded in 2017 by a co-founding team that has worked together since 2001 to build the Internet’s earliest version of cloud-based property management software. We’ve helped thousands of apartment, single-family, commercial, and association property managers to more effectively market, manage and grow their business. Over the span of more than 15 years, we noticed that our customers, and the industry as a whole, struggle with communicating while battling an overflowing inbox and endless distractions. These can lead to a poor reputation, needless turnover, missed opportunities, and compliance risks to just name a few.
At Aptly, we are committed to improving how real estate managers of every type communicate. We are working on new ways to consolidate, collaborate, automate, and analyze the communications of a property management office. With Aptly, every conversation with a resident, vendor, or teammate will be more personal and productive than ever before.
While we have a small office in San Francisco, our entire team is free to work remotely from wherever they choose. We make remote working possible with a commitment to transparency and great tools, like video conferencing. We traded in kegerators and ping pong tables to give our team a better work/life balance–and freed them from ever having to sit in traffic heading into an office again.
