WeLean

WeLean emerged from the bundling of various construction backgrounds and the wealth of knowledge associated with them. On the one hand, a managing director of a construction company brought the necessary knowledge about execution as well as the associated challenges of the industry into the company. On the other hand, a professor for construction management is part of the founding team, who brought the scientific aspect and an enormous experience from the industry into the company. The third founding party is the lean consulting company PLACE Strategy. Together, the various founders recognized that the challenges facing the industry in the future can no longer be addressed by an analogous lean system. The idea matured that only a digital solution is the right approach to sustainably anchor lean management in the industry for the future. In cooperation with a software company, a digital lean software was brought to the market. The goal of WeLean and the digital lean software is to enable even more collaboration through a simple lean platform that can be accessed in real time at any time worldwide. Another goal is to map project progress and planning completely digitally so that not all project participants have to fly in and to address therefore the issue of sustainability. The third pillar is the company's goal of continuous process improvement through automated key figures and data-driven process management.
